Bring information together
Start with a useful view of jobs, sales, bookings, stock, or payments. Make gaps visible.
Your business will change. Your connected workspace can change with it, as you add staff, take on more work, or find a better way to run the day.
Some businesses need a fuller custom system from the start. Others need a clear owner view alongside the tools they already use. You do not need every capability.
Start with a useful view of jobs, sales, bookings, stock, or payments. Make gaps visible.
Give the owner and team screens suited to their work, such as tomorrow’s crew schedule or clients waiting for an appointment.
Help information move between bookings, jobs, invoices, and follow-up. Agree where people approve actions.
If your current tools limit the way you need to work, build custom software for those parts and connect it to the rest.
Illustrative plumbing example: start with a daily sales and payments view. If it proves useful, add jobs waiting for parts and an office-to-crew update. If the business later needs a new planning screen, build it around that work.
This is one possible path. A salon, retailer, or restaurant might start somewhere else. New work is agreed because the business needs it, not because it is the next feature on a list.
Check the time spent on reports, the updates people still chase, and whether the team uses what has been built. Adjust before adding more.
