Who we are
Custom Intelligent Solutions (“we,” “us”) helps established business owners find where time or revenue is being lost before they spend more on marketing or software. If you have questions about this policy, use the contact form on this site and mention “Privacy” in your message.
What we collect
Contact requests
When you submit the contact form, we typically receive:
- Name, email, phone (if provided), and company name
- Your message and preferred contact method
- A record that you consented to us using the information to respond
- Basic technical metadata (time submitted, page URL, and similar request headers needed for spam control)
Salon demo access, automotive demo access, and other industry demos
When you request access to an industry demo, we receive your business name, name, email, and phone number. We use these details to provide access and may follow up about your interest. We also keep a submission reference, sanitized campaign and referring-site information, and technical information needed to prevent abuse. Your contact details are stored in our inquiry system and included in an internal email notification; they are not sent to analytics.
Each demo uses a signed, secure access cookie to remember this browser for 30 days. The website also stores an expiry hint so returning visitors can reach the demo quickly; that hint cannot grant access. Clear the demo host’s cookies to remove remembered access.
Google Analytics measures fixed-label website actions. PostHog measures demo interest, story progress, dashboard sections, meaningful actions, and approximate active time. For newly unlocked demos, a random reference connects this browser’s activity to the inquiry held by CIS. PostHog receives that reference and sanitized campaign information, never your name, business name, email, phone, form contents, access codes, or full URLs. We do not use session recordings or automatic form capture. Shared-browser activity is not verified personal identity, and previously anonymous visits are not guessed or matched by email.
Optional analytics honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. You can turn off optional analytics below and still request and use a demo. Browser privacy settings and blockers may also prevent activity from being recorded.
AI Opportunity Check
Your answers and findings are prepared in your browser. Completing the check does not send an identified lead to CIS. If you choose to share your results and request follow-up, we receive your name and email, optional business name and note, business context, answers, optional whole-team office time and people count, full findings, and any opportunity you choose to discuss. The submission includes its assessment version, submission reference, and time. You can see, print, or save your findings without filling out that form.
Earlier audit and advisor leads
When you take or unlock the audit / advisor experience, we may collect:
- Business profile answers you provide (industry, size, software, and how your business works)
- Audit responses and generated summary content needed to follow up
- Contact details you entered to request follow-up or unlock the earlier advisor (name, email, company)
- Consent / agreement acknowledgements shown next to those forms
Please do not enter patient health information, financial-account numbers, passwords, government IDs, or other sensitive personal data in free-text fields.
Site analytics and hosting
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits and page views.
Like most sites, our hosting and analytics providers may process IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location. We use this to keep the site reliable and understand which content helps owners. We do not build advertising profiles for sale.
How we use information
- Respond to your inquiry and schedule discovery conversations
- Respond to requests to talk through your results and provide related follow-up
- Improve question quality, findings, and site experience
- Prevent spam, abuse, and fraudulent submissions
- Meet legal, security, and record-keeping obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use audit answers to train public AI models for unrelated purposes.
When we share information
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business. Examples include email delivery, form and API hosting, customer management software, and analytics. Our agreements limit them to providing those services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
Retention
Contact and audit lead records are kept as long as needed to respond, maintain a working relationship, and meet legitimate business or legal needs. You can ask us to delete or correct contact details; we will honor requests unless we must retain a record (for example, fraud prevention or legal compliance).
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate for a consulting lead site. No internet transmission is perfectly secure. Please avoid sending passwords, sensitive credentials, or regulated personal data through these forms.
Your choices
- You can decline marketing-style follow-up and still receive a direct response to a request you initiated
- You can email us to access, correct, or delete contact information we hold about you
- Required consent checkboxes on forms are there so we only process voluntary lead submissions with a clear purpose
Children
This site is for business owners and operators. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the contact or audit forms after an update means the revised notice applies to new submissions.
